Return & Exchange Policy – Formula Racewear

At Formula Racewear, all products are made-to-order.

Return & Exchange Window
We offer a 7-day return or exchange period from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer

Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is faulty or not as described, you must contact us first with clear proof (photos or videos).
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement (exchange) OR

  • A refund

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable in all cases

  • For exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including return and reshipping costs

Returns or exchanges sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
